Résumé

The assembly of modular containers using building information modelling (BIM) technologies was studied. The purpose of this study was to analyse the literature on prefabricated (prefab) houses and explore the concept of creating a digital prototype of a building based on Huoshenshan hospital using Autodesk Revit software. This hospital was constructed to treat Covid-19 patients in early 2020. The article describes the methodology of installing modular containers and assembly structures using BIM technologies for rapid construction. The results of this study showed that building object implementation depends directly on a proper model with a step-by-step mechanism for installation. Due to the supply of prefab structures at the construction site, both initial project cost and project time can be reduced. Prefab house technology demonstrated the high efficiency of using BIM technology in the assembly of Huoshenshan hospital, which was constructed in 10 days. The need for information modelling data exchange with modern technology and systems, which allows the team to become acquainted with the project before installation work starts at the construction site, is investigated.

Résumé

In response to the impact of the Novel coronavirus infection in 2020, State Grid Corporation has introduced 12 important measures to fully promote enterprises to resume work and production. The evaluation method based on the ratio of user's current daily electricity consumption to the average electricity consumption of December 2019 is straightforward and effective, but difficult to scientifically defining the judgment threshold. In view of the problem of lacking rationality in the evaluation of resumption of work and production, this project deeply analyzes the current enterprise resumption index, then further proposes a K-means clustering analysis method. By extracting power consumption data of enterprises, characteristic indexes reflecting their production shutdown, resumption and peak periods are established. K-means clustering algorithm is applied to cluster characteristic samples, accurately analyzing the resumption situation of enterprises consequently, which helps improve the accuracy of the evaluation on resumption of work and production and achieve significant management, economic and social benefits.

Résumé

In order to syste matically evaluate the use of online learning platforms for K-12 education during the COVID-19 epidemic, this study adopted the methods of survey and case study to examine teachers' attitude towards the functionality and implementation of various learning platforms. The study results showed that teachers were generally satis tied with the mainstream online learning platforms and agreed that they could support large-scale online learning and fulfill the basic instructional and management functions. Positive evaluation was given on platform functions such as re source delivery, instructional nranagenrent, as signment collection and grading, mulli-terminal accessibility, and ease of use. In-depth qualitative data from selected cases of online classes were also analyzed to verify and explicate the quantified survey results. Based on the study results, recommendations were made on the sustainable use and improvement of online learning platforms for K-12 settings.
